A serie of algorithmically generated Spaceships. I have been building a custom procedural software for more than two years, that creates infinite and unique structures, randomizing shapes, colors, materials, and patterns.
This experiment has been inspired by several sci-fi illustrators that I admire (Chris Foss, Juan Gimenez, Pascal Blanché, ...). It was mostly a challenge about geometry, symmetry, and to design an algorithm that generates consistent, interesting, and intricate structures.
A twitter bot has been posting a new procedural spaceship every day for several months.
At some point I decided to sell some of these as "crypto art" (digital art which ownership can be verified and made unique thanks to the Ethereum blockchain, in the most common case). This process is still in progress.
However, I would love to make a book out of the hundreds of pictures generated by the algorythm.
